For physical items such as printed certificates, merchandise, or event materials (if applicable):
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 7 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier services.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

We currently deliver physical items within India. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis and may involve additional charges.
