Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Mechatronics Forum, we aim to provide high-quality educational and membership services to all our users. This policy explains our guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy
All payments made for memberships, training programs, events, or digital services are considered final once the order is confirmed. Please review all details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Digital Services
For digital products or services such as online courses, webinars, or memberships, refunds will not be issued after activation or access is granted. Exceptions may be made only in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.

3. Training Programs or Events
If you wish to cancel your registration for a training session or event:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of the program are eligible for a 90% refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the program are not eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the same method used for payment. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation by Mechatronics Forum
In rare cases where a program or event is cancelled by Mechatronics Forum, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the amount towards another upcoming program.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Payments made towards administrative fees, certification processing, or other service charges are non-refundable.

7. Contact for Refund Requests
If you believe you have made a duplicate payment or encountered a transaction issue, please contact us within 7 days of payment. Provide your transaction details for quick assistance.
