What items are not returnable?

• All Items purchased under discount are not eligible for any return or exchange, all sales are final.

• Face masks, keychain, free gifts & promotional items are not returnable and exchangeable.

• International Orders are not eligible for any return or exchange.

 

Why will my return or exchange rejected?

• Item received has not been sent back with all its original packaging and perfect condition.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

• It will take up-to 5 to 8 business days for refund to reflect in your account, after the return item has been delivered and inspected by us.
